Mindfulness is the essential practice of staying in the present moment.

Not only not replaying past events in a consuming way or worrying about future events that haven’t even happened yet, but mindful of the now.

How we feel, what is going on in our lives, our stress level and so on.  It is a gathering of as much information as we can in this moment, to better take action to live a healthy and happy life.
